This scene has no modeled objects the structures(Roads, Street Lights, Trees, etc) is a high resolution Matte painting.The Director wanted an Old Film Look and Feel to this particular sequence as in the song when this part comes the song mimics the old era songs of the 50s. To be precise this section recreates the magic of Raj Kapoor and Nargis's Song "Pyar Hua Ikraar hua".
The Compositing, Digital Rains with different layers and the Old Film Look were created in a span of 5 days till the Director was satisfied with the authenticity of the look.
